Overview
The partner portal is at partner.kvindo.ru — sign in with the same credentials you use for Kvindo Cloud.

The Kvindo Cloud partner programme pays you a share of what the customers you bring in actually spend. There is no separate partner account: your existing organization acts in a partner capacity, and you sign in to the partner portal with the same credentials you already use.

Who can take part

Every organization's owner (the root user created when the organization was registered) can act as a partner, provided the organization is a legal entity or a registered sole proprietor — the programme is not open to individuals — and the root user accepts the partner offer agreement (see below). No separate application or Kvindo approval step is required beyond that. Only the owner can act as a partner for an organization — there is no way to hand partner access to a colleague.

Accepting the partner offer agreement

The first time you open the partner portal, every page is blocked behind a one-time agreement screen. It links to the published partner offer agreement, and you confirm you have read it by ticking a checkbox and clicking Accept. Once accepted, the screen never reappears for your organization.

Two ways to earn

Referring a whole organization. You claim a client organization and earn on everything it spends from that point on. This is the normal case.

Referring a single resource. You claim one specific resource inside an organization someone else already owns — typically an upsell. Used rarely, and always reviewed by staff.

For any one client, account-level attribution takes priority over resource-level attribution: once an account-level claim takes effect, resource-level commission accrual for that organization stops. Commission already earned on those resource-level claims before that point is unaffected and still paid out.

A claim that requires staff review is decided within 30 calendar days of submission; if it is still undecided after that period, it is treated as rejected.

What you earn

25% for the first year of each relationship, 20% after that. The clock runs per relationship, from the moment you claimed that particular client — not from when you joined the programme. A partner of three years still earns 25% on a client referred today.

You cannot refer yourself

Claiming your own organization is rejected. Without that rule, anyone could sign up, claim themselves, and turn the programme into a permanent discount on their own bill. The same restriction covers organizations registered by your own employees or other affiliated parties — claims on those are rejected too.
