A managed Etcd cluster of three nodes through the Python SDK, with caller-chosen instance ids and the node_exporter addon. Assumes the Networking example's client/folder_id/subnet_id are in scope.

Once reconciled, read the certificate and port a client needs: client.etcds.read(etcd_id).status["caCert"] and ...["port"].
