A managed Kafka cluster in KRaft mode with a reusable Parameter Set, a Topic, and a Kafka User with role-based topic grants and consumer-group access. Assumes the Networking example's client/folder_id/subnet_id are in scope. Unlike the CLI, the SDK takes real ids everywhere — brokers[].vpcSubnetId is just subnet_id, no lookup needed.

Once reconciled, read the listeners: client.kafkas.read(kafka_id).status["bootstrapServersTls"].
