A managed Kafka cluster in KRaft mode with a reusable Parameter Set, a Topic, and a Kafka User with role-based topic grants and consumer-group access. Assumes the Networking example's resources are in the same configuration.

The final output block surfaces status.bootstrap_servers_tls so a client can seed itself against the cluster over the private network.
